I'm a BIPOC massage therapist working at a women-owned massage company in Paterson, New Jersey. Our majority-black workforce is so dedicated to helping our clients. We take great pride in providing quality Massage for Women that meets our clients needs.

As a Latina immigrant from Mexico, I've only been in the US for two years now, and it's been an incredible experience. I never imagined I could have a job caring for others in such a meaningful way. I get to learn so much every day and help people find relief and relaxation.

It's been so rewarding to be part of a company that really cares about the community. Just recently we had a client who came in with a lot of pain. We spoke in Spanish and I had to translate the massage techniques that would be most beneficial for this person. She was so relieved and grateful when we were done. She said “Gracias! No sé cómo le hiciste, pero me siento mucho mejor.” (Thank you! I don't know how you did it, but I feel so much better).

It's moments like this that remind me of the most important thing I've learned in life: to always serve others with love, kindness and respect. That's why I'm so glad to be able to work here, and do my part in helping people find relief and relaxation. I'm also always learning new things, and that keeps me inspired.

But the best part of my job is the surprise I get when I least expect it. Every now and then, I'm presented with an opportunity to give back to the community. Recently, I had the chance to volunteer at a local women's shelter, and it was one of the most fulfilling experiences of my life.

It's truly amazing what you can achieve when you open your heart and serve others. That's why I'm so proud to be part of a team that values Women's Womens Massage and puts so much into helping the community.

I'm a collector of natural wonders! From the depths of the earth, I seek out gems, crystals, and rocks that inspire me and bring joy to my life. Attending gem shows is the best way I can share my love of these special objects with others. It's a beautiful thing when the world of art and nature come together!
